Through the CSA Technical Committee on Information Technology (TCIT), Canadians serve as the SCC Mirror Committee (SMC) on ISO\/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 on Information Technology (ISO\/IEC JTC1) for the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the ISO member body for Canada and sponsor of the Canadian National Committee of the IEC. Also, as a member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Canada participates in the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (ITU-T). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.1 Fields of application <br \/>This part of ISO\/IEC 29110 is applicable to Very Small Entities (VSEs). VSEs are enterprises, organizations, departments or projects having up to 25 people. The lifecycle processes described in the ISO\/IEC 29110 series are not intended to preclude or discourage their use by organizations bigger than VSEs. <\/p>\n<p>This part of ISO\/IEC 29110 is the Organizational management guidance for profiles described in ISO\/IEC 29110-4-1 through Organizational Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Process Management Processes.
