Therefore, exercise caution<br \/>\nwhen using this data to characterize the performance of the<br \/>\nindustry as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>The Survey&#039;s results are documented in the <i>2012 Benchmarking<br \/>\nSurvey of Occupational Injuries, Illnesses, and Fatalities in<br \/>\nPetroleum Industry: Report to Participants.<\/i> This report is<br \/>\nonly available on <i>The Occupational Injuries, Illnesses and<br \/>\nFatalities Reporting System website<\/i> (http:\/\/oii.api.org).<br \/>\nAccess to this report is limited to participating companies.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are asked to submit data according to the Bureau of<br \/>\nLabor Statistics (BLS) guidelines.
