{"id":271167,"date":"2024-10-19T18:10:39","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T18:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-iso-172682016\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T14:23:14","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T14:23:14","slug":"bs-en-iso-172682016","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-iso-172682016\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN ISO 17268:2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This International Standard defines the design, safety and operation characteristics of gaseous hydrogen land vehicle (GHLV) refuelling connectors.<\/p>\n<p>GHLV refuelling connectors consist of the following components, as applicable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>receptacle and protective cap (mounted on vehicle);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>nozzle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This International Standard applies to refuelling connectors which have working pressures of 11 MPa, 25 MPa, 35 MPa and 70 MPa, hereinafter referred to in this International Standard as the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>H11 \u2013 11 MPa at 15 \u00b0C;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>H25 \u2013 25 MPa at 15 \u00b0C;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>H35 \u2013 35 MPa at 15 \u00b0C;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>H35HF \u2013 35 MPa at 15 \u00b0C (high flow for commercial vehicle applications);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>H70 \u2013 70 MPa at 15 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nozzles and receptacles that meet the requirements of this International Standard will only allow GHLVs to be filled by fuelling stations dispensing hydrogen with nominal working pressures equal to or lower than the vehicle fuel system working pressure.
