Description

This Standard specifies the physical properties and performance requirements, the related test methods and marking requirement for the industrial safety helmets (here after referred to as “safety helmets”) intended for protection of head against flying or dropping objects, tumbling and falling down

ISO 3873: 1977 Industrial safety helmets (MOD)

In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/ lEC Guide 21-1.
