Diese Internationale Norm legt ein System von Einfachstichprobenplänen für die Attributprüfung einer Serie von Losen fest. Alle Stichprobenanweisungen des vorliegenden Systems haben die Annahmezahl Null, d. h. es wird kein Los mit einer oder mehreren fehlerhaften Einheiten in der Stichprobe angenommen. Die Pläne beruhen auf einem geeignet festgelegten maximalen Durchschlupf (AOQL), dessen Wert vom Anwender gewählt wird. Bezüglich der Wahl des Wertes des AOQL oder der Umfänge aufeinanderfolgender Lose gibt es keine Einschränkungen. Die Methode stellt sicher, dass insgesamt die den Kunden oder den Markt erreichende durchschnittliche Qualität langfristig gesehen den maximalen Durchschlupf nicht überschreitet.*Inhaltsverzeichnis
